Beautia Sivana's gorgeous looks were a super-power unto itself. Dr. Sivana, Beautia's father, recognized her great gift and tried to exploit it at every turn.
In Whiz Comics #5 (May 1940), Sivana had his daughter run for president in the hope that if she won he could use her position to control the world.
Captain Marvel deduced what was up and sent Sivana and his daughter packing back to the planet Venus!

Dr. Sivana planned to use his daughter's beauty, "which affects every man who sees her like a powerful drug," to win the election!
